Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “SOLDJAR.COM” or the “Platform” means the website, applications, services, content, and features operated under the SOLDJAR brand.
“User” means any visitor, registered member, advertiser, buyer, seller, or person accessing the Platform.
“Seller” means any User who publishes advertisements, listings, or promotional content.
“Buyer” means any User who responds to, views, contacts, or transacts with a Seller.
“Membership Services” means free or paid membership packages, Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups, premium listings, business features, banner advertising, and other promotional services.
“User Content” includes advertisements, text, images, videos, messages, reviews, comments, and any material submitted by Users.
Introduction
SOLDJAR.COM is an online classified advertising and marketplace platform that enables Users to publish advertisements, use marketplace features, purchase promotional services, and connect with potential buyers and sellers.
The Platform is designed to provide a simple, technology-driven, and safer environment for classified advertising and marketplace activity.
SOLDJAR.COM does not act as a buyer, seller, owner, manufacturer, distributor, broker, or agent for products or services advertised by Users unless expressly stated otherwise.
By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, posting an advertisement, purchasing a membership or promotional service, or otherwise using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If a User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must discontinue use of the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Platform Nature
SOLDJAR.COM provides an online classified advertising and marketplace platform that enables Users to publish listings and communicate with other Users.
SOLDJAR.COM may review listings for compliance, quality, safety, categorization, and platform standards. However, such review does not constitute verification of product ownership, condition, authenticity, legality, seller identity, or transaction reliability.
SOLDJAR.COM does not inspect products, guarantee transactions, certify sellers, or warrant the truthfulness of User-generated advertisements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all negotiations, payments, inspections, deliveries, warranties, and transactions are conducted directly between the relevant Users.
Users are responsible for independently checking the information necessary before entering into any transaction.
User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal authority and consent required under applicable laws.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout use of the Platform.
Users may not create accounts using false identities, misleading information, impersonation, or unauthorized credentials.
SOLDJAR.COM may request additional information where reasonably necessary for account, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.
Users must promptly notify SOLDJAR.COM of any unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or security incident.
SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to restrict, suspend, verify, or terminate accounts where fraud, abuse, policy violations, security concerns, or suspicious activity are reasonably suspected.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that advertisements, descriptions, images, videos, prices, specifications, warranties, contact information, and representations are accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.
Sellers must possess the legal right to advertise, market, or sell any item, service, or opportunity listed on the Platform.
Sellers must not publish fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items or services.
Sellers are responsible for honoring commitments made to Buyers and for complying with applicable laws, taxes, licensing requirements, and regulations.
Sellers remain responsible for the consequences of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unlawful information they publish.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for independently verifying advertisements, seller identities, ownership claims, product condition, specifications, warranties, pricing, and other relevant information before making any payment or commitment.
Buyers should inspect products whenever possible and exercise appropriate caution when dealing with used, refurbished, repaired, or pre-owned goods.
SOLDJAR.COM recommends meeting in safe public locations where appropriate and avoiding transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with marketplace safety practices.
Buyers assume responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
Advertisements & Listings
Users are responsible for all advertisements, listings, descriptions, images, videos, pricing information, contact details, and representations they publish on the Platform.
All advertisements must be accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.
Users may not intentionally create false expectations, conceal material information, manipulate listing information, or misrepresent products or services.
SOLDJAR.COM may categorize, organize, format, reclassify, or limit the visibility of advertisements to improve platform quality, safety, relevance, and user experience.
Advertisement Review Policy
SOLDJAR.COM may review advertisements before or after publication using manual, automated, or other moderation methods.
Advertisement review is intended to improve platform quality, relevance, safety, and compliance with applicable policies.
Approval or publication of an advertisement does not constitute verification, certification, endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by SOLDJAR.COM regarding the product, service, seller, ownership, authenticity, condition, legality, or transaction.
SOLDJAR.COM may reject, edit, restrict, suspend, reclassify, or remove advertisements that violate applicable laws, these Terms, platform policies, community standards, or listing requirements.
Used Goods Disclaimer
Many products advertised on SOLDJAR.COM may be used, refurbished, repaired, pre-owned, modified, or sold on an “as-is” basis.
Users acknowledge that used products may show signs of wear, damage, previous repairs, modifications, reduced performance, or other limitations.
SOLDJAR.COM does not inspect, test, authenticate, certify ownership, or guarantee the condition or suitability of listed items.
Users should independently inspect and verify used products before completing a transaction.
Prohibited Content and Activities
Users may not advertise, offer, promote, purchase, distribute, or facilitate goods, services, or activities prohibited by applicable law or SOLDJAR.COM policies.
This may include illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit products, prohibited weapons, explosives, narcotics, fraudulent schemes, deceptive opportunities, unlawful services, and other restricted content.
Users are also prohibited from publishing spam, duplicate listings, fake reviews, impersonation content, phishing attempts, malicious software, misleading claims, manipulated ratings, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Violations may result in listing removal, restriction, account suspension, termination, and where legally required or appropriate, cooperation with relevant authorities.
Membership Plans & Paid Services
SOLDJAR.COM may offer free and paid membership packages and promotional services including Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups, business features, advertising placements, and other optional services.
Current package names, prices, validity periods, listing limits, promotional allowances, and included features are displayed on the applicable Pricing or purchase page.
Package details may be updated for future purchases from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, changes made to future package offerings will not retroactively reduce the benefits of an already purchased and active package.
Purchasing a membership or promotional service provides only the benefits specified for that purchase and does not create any ownership interest in SOLDJAR.COM or the Platform.
Membership Rules
Memberships and promotional benefits are provided to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, exchanged, or converted into cash unless SOLDJAR.COM expressly permits otherwise.
Unused listing allowances, promotional placements, Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups, or other benefits may expire according to the applicable membership or promotional validity period.
Users acknowledge that advertisement performance may vary and that purchasing a membership or promotional service does not guarantee inquiries, views, leads, sales, transactions, or business success.
A decision not to use a membership or promotional service does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, including any stated cancellation period and other eligibility requirements.
Payments & Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with paid services before activation unless another payment arrangement is expressly provided.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
SOLDJAR.COM may suspend or cancel paid services where payment is declined, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid.
Applicable taxes, banking fees, payment gateway charges, or other processing costs may apply where permitted.
All transactions are generally processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests for eligible paid membership packages and promotional services are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy published on SOLDJAR.COM.
Customers should review the applicable policy before completing a purchase.
Where eligible under the current Cancellation & Refund Policy, a customer may submit a cancellation request within the stated cancellation period.
Approval of a cancellation or refund is subject to the conditions of that policy and applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the stated processing period and normally returned through the original payment method where supported.
Activation or use of a digital membership or promotional benefit does not override any cancellation or refund right that expressly applies under the Cancellation & Refund Policy or applicable law.
User Generated Content License
By submitting, uploading, publishing, or displaying User Content on SOLDJAR.COM, Users grant SOLDJAR.COM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and promote such content where reasonably necessary for operation, improvement, security, marketing, and promotion of the Platform.
Users represent that they possess the necessary rights, permissions, and authority required to upload and publish such content.
Users remain responsible for all content they submit.
SOLDJAR.COM does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, ownership, authenticity, or reliability of User Content.
Community Standards
Users must interact respectfully, honestly, and professionally while using the Platform.
The following behavior is prohibited:
Harassment, abuse, threats, intimidation, or discrimination
Hate speech or seriously offensive conduct
Misleading, deceptive, or manipulative behavior
Spamming or unwanted communications
Fraudulent activity
Conduct intended to disrupt the safety, integrity, functionality, or reputation of the Platform
Violations may result in administrative action against listings, content, or accounts.
Marketplace Safety
SOLDJAR.COM encourages Users to exercise appropriate caution when conducting transactions.
Users should:
Meet in safe and appropriate locations whenever practical
Inspect products before making payment
Verify the identity and relevant information of the other party
Keep transaction records where appropriate
Avoid suspicious requests, unusual payment instructions, or deals that appear unrealistic
Report suspicious listings or behavior through available reporting channels
SOLDJAR.COM does not supervise or control meetings, deliveries, product inspections, or exchanges conducted between Users.
Anti-Fraud Policy
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Examples may include:
Fake accounts or identities
False ownership claims
Misrepresentation of products or services
Counterfeit products
Payment fraud
Listing manipulation
Artificial reviews or ratings
Phishing or impersonation
Fraudulent payment or refund activity
SOLDJAR.COM may suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently terminate accounts reasonably suspected of fraudulent conduct.
SOLDJAR.COM may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Investigation Rights
SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, marketplace policies, advertising rules, community standards, payment rules, refund policies, or applicable laws.
Investigations may include review of account activity, advertisements, communications available to the Platform, payment records, technical information, and other data reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and Users.
Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations where required.
Intellectual Property
All SOLDJAR trademarks, logos, graphics, software, website designs, interfaces, branding materials, platform content, and proprietary features are owned by SOLDJAR.COM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected portions of the Platform without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Unauthorized use of SOLDJAR intellectual property may result in account action or legal remedies.
Electronic Communications
By using SOLDJAR.COM, Users consent to receive electronic communications relating to their use of the Platform where permitted by law.

Service Availability
SOLDJAR.COM aims to maintain reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, network interruptions, infrastructure problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
SOLDJAR.COM may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Platform where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLDJAR.COM, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners will not be liable for losses or damages arising solely from matters outside SOLDJAR.COM’s reasonable control or from transactions conducted directly between Users.
This may include claims relating to:
User transactions
Product quality or condition
User misrepresentation
Financial loss
Loss of business opportunity
Fraudulent activity by Users or third parties
Delivery disputes
Third-party service failures
Technical interruptions
User-generated content
Users remain responsible for independently assessing transaction risks.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLDJAR.COM, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or reasonable expenses arising from:

Violation of applicable laws
User Content
Fraudulent or unlawful conduct
Transactions conducted by the User
Infringement of another person’s intellectual property or legal rights
This provision applies only to the extent legally enforceable.
Force Majeure
SOLDJAR.COM will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Such events may include:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Fires
War or civil unrest
Government restrictions
Internet outages
Cyberattacks
Power failures
Telecommunications failures
Major infrastructure disruptions
Service availability may be affected during such events.
Account Suspension & Termination
SOLDJAR.COM may restrict, suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes that:

Illegal or prohibited activity has occurred
Another User’s rights or safety may be affected

Account action may result in removal or restriction of advertisements, content, membership benefits, and access privileges.
Refund eligibility following account action will be determined according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Privacy
Collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information are governed by the SOLDJAR.COM Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, Users acknowledge the handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
Amendments
SOLDJAR.COM may amend, revise, update, replace, or modify these Terms when reasonably necessary.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication or on another date expressly stated in the updated version.
Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, marketplace rules, Community Standards, Advertising Policies, and other applicable legal notices published by SOLDJAR.COM, constitute the agreement governing use of the Platform.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, memberships, advertisements, or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

১. সংজ্ঞা
এই শর্তাবলীতে “SOLDJAR.COM”, “আমরা”, “আমাদের” বা “প্ল্যাটফর্ম” বলতে SOLDJAR ব্র্যান্ডের অধীনে পরিচালিত ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন, সেবা, কনটেন্ট এবং ফিচারসমূহকে বোঝানো হবে।
“ব্যবহারকারী” বলতে যেকোনো দর্শনার্থী, নিবন্ধিত সদস্য, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা, ক্রেতা, বিক্রেতা অথবা প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারকারী ব্যক্তিকে বোঝানো হবে।
“বিক্রেতা” বলতে এমন ব্যবহারকারীকে বোঝানো হবে যিনি বিজ্ঞাপন, লিস্টিং বা প্রচারণামূলক কনটেন্ট প্রকাশ করেন।
“ক্রেতা” বলতে এমন ব্যবহারকারীকে বোঝানো হবে যিনি কোনো লিস্টিং দেখেন, বিক্রেতার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেন অথবা লেনদেনে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।
“মেম্বারশিপ সেবা” বলতে ফ্রি বা পেইড মেম্বারশিপ প্যাকেজ, Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups, প্রিমিয়াম লিস্টিং, ব্যবসায়িক ফিচার এবং অন্যান্য প্রচারণামূলক সেবাকে বোঝানো হবে।
“ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্ট” বলতে ব্যবহারকারীর আপলোড বা প্রকাশ করা বিজ্ঞাপন, লেখা, ছবি, ভিডিও, বার্তা, রিভিউ, মন্তব্য এবং অন্যান্য উপকরণ বোঝানো হবে।
২. ভূমিকা
SOLDJAR.COM একটি অনলাইন ক্লাসিফাইড বিজ্ঞাপন ও মার্কেটপ্লেস প্ল্যাটফর্ম যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীরা বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশ করতে, মার্কেটপ্লেস ফিচার ব্যবহার করতে, প্রচারণামূলক সেবা গ্রহণ করতে এবং সম্ভাব্য ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
প্ল্যাটফর্মের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য একটি সহজ, প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর এবং অধিকতর নিরাপদ বিজ্ঞাপন ও মার্কেটপ্লেস পরিবেশ প্রদান করা।
SOLDJAR.COM কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর বিজ্ঞাপিত পণ্য বা সেবার ক্রেতা, বিক্রেতা, মালিক, প্রস্তুতকারক, পরিবেশক, ব্রোকার বা এজেন্ট নয়, যদি না স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়।
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা এই শর্তাবলী এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।
৩. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশ, মেম্বারশিপ বা প্রচারণামূলক সেবা ক্রয় অথবা অন্যভাবে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং মেনে নিতে সম্মত হয়েছেন বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
কোনো ব্যবহারকারী যদি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশের সঙ্গে একমত না হন, তাহলে তাকে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে হবে।
শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
৪. প্ল্যাটফর্মের প্রকৃতি
SOLDJAR.COM একটি অনলাইন ক্লাসিফাইড বিজ্ঞাপন ও মার্কেটপ্লেস প্ল্যাটফর্ম যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীরা লিস্টিং প্রকাশ করতে এবং অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
SOLDJAR.COM নীতিমালা, গুণমান, নিরাপত্তা, শ্রেণিবিন্যাস এবং প্ল্যাটফর্ম স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুযায়ী লিস্টিং পর্যালোচনা করতে পারে। তবে এই পর্যালোচনা কোনো পণ্যের মালিকানা, অবস্থা, সত্যতা, বৈধতা, বিক্রেতার পরিচয় বা লেনদেনের নির্ভরযোগ্যতার যাচাইকরণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
SOLDJAR.COM কোনো পণ্য পরিদর্শন করে না, লেনদেনের নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না, বিক্রেতাকে সার্টিফাই করে না এবং ব্যবহারকারীর প্রকাশিত বিজ্ঞাপনের সত্যতার গ্যারান্টি দেয় না।
স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে সকল আলোচনা, অর্থপ্রদান, পরিদর্শন, ডেলিভারি, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং চূড়ান্ত লেনদেন সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
কোনো লেনদেনে অংশ নেওয়ার আগে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর।
৫. ব্যবহারকারীর যোগ্যতা
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় বৈধ অনুমোদন থাকতে হবে।
নিবন্ধনের সময় এবং প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের সময় ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক, হালনাগাদ এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
ভুয়া পরিচয়, বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য, অন্যের পরিচয় ব্যবহার বা অননুমোদিত তথ্য ব্যবহার করে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা যাবে না।
অ্যাকাউন্ট, নিরাপত্তা, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ বা কমপ্লায়েন্সের প্রয়োজনে SOLDJAR.COM অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চাইতে পারে।
৬. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট
ব্যবহারকারী তার অ্যাকাউন্টের লগইন তথ্য ও নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ শনাক্ত হলে দ্রুত SOLDJAR.COM-কে জানাতে হবে।
প্রতারণা, অপব্যবহার, নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন, নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপের ক্ষেত্রে SOLDJAR.COM অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ, যাচাই, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারে।
৭. বিক্রেতার দায়িত্ব
বিক্রেতা তার বিজ্ঞাপন, বিবরণ, ছবি, ভিডিও, মূল্য, স্পেসিফিকেশন, ওয়ারেন্টি, যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং অন্যান্য উপস্থাপিত তথ্যের যথার্থতা ও বৈধতার জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
বিক্রেতাকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে তিনি বিজ্ঞাপিত পণ্য, সেবা বা সুযোগ বিক্রি বা প্রচার করার বৈধ অধিকার রাখেন।
প্রতারণামূলক, বিভ্রান্তিকর, অবৈধ, জাল, চুরি করা বা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য ও সেবা প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।
বিক্রেতাকে প্রযোজ্য আইন, কর, লাইসেন্স এবং নিয়ন্ত্রক বিধান মেনে চলতে হবে।
ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্যের ফলে সৃষ্ট সমস্যার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতা দায়ী থাকবেন।
৮. ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব
ক্রেতাকে অর্থপ্রদান বা চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে বিজ্ঞাপন, বিক্রেতার পরিচয়, মালিকানা, পণ্যের অবস্থা, স্পেসিফিকেশন, ওয়ারেন্টি, মূল্য এবং অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করতে হবে।
ব্যবহৃত, মেরামতকৃত, পুনর্নবীকরণকৃত বা পুরোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।
যেখানে সম্ভব, নিরাপদ ও জনসমাগমপূর্ণ স্থানে সাক্ষাৎ করা এবং যাচাইয়ের পর অর্থপ্রদান করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
প্ল্যাটফর্মে পাওয়া তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে নেওয়া সিদ্ধান্তের দায়িত্ব ক্রেতার।
৯. বিজ্ঞাপন ও লিস্টিং
প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশিত বিজ্ঞাপন, লিস্টিং, বিবরণ, ছবি, ভিডিও, মূল্য, যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং অন্যান্য উপস্থাপনার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারী দায়ী থাকবেন।
সকল বিজ্ঞাপন সঠিক, বৈধ, হালনাগাদ এবং বিভ্রান্তিকর নয় এমন হতে হবে।
ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ভুল ধারণা সৃষ্টি, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য গোপন, তথ্য বিকৃতি বা পণ্য ও সেবার ভুল উপস্থাপন করা যাবে না।
প্ল্যাটফর্মের মান, নিরাপত্তা, প্রাসঙ্গিকতা এবং ব্যবহারকারীর অভিজ্ঞতা উন্নত করার জন্য SOLDJAR.COM বিজ্ঞাপন শ্রেণিবিন্যাস, ফরম্যাট, ক্যাটাগরি বা দৃশ্যমানতা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
১০. বিজ্ঞাপন পর্যালোচনা নীতি
SOLDJAR.COM বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশের আগে বা পরে ম্যানুয়াল, স্বয়ংক্রিয় অথবা অন্যান্য মডারেশন পদ্ধতিতে বিজ্ঞাপন পর্যালোচনা করতে পারে।
এই পর্যালোচনার উদ্দেশ্য হলো প্ল্যাটফর্মের গুণমান, প্রাসঙ্গিকতা, নিরাপত্তা এবং নীতিমালা অনুসরণ উন্নত করা।
কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন অনুমোদিত বা প্রকাশিত হওয়া মানে SOLDJAR.COM পণ্য, সেবা, বিক্রেতা, মালিকানা, সত্যতা, অবস্থা, বৈধতা বা লেনদেন যাচাই, সার্টিফাই, অনুমোদন বা গ্যারান্টি করছে না।
প্রযোজ্য আইন, এই শর্তাবলী, প্ল্যাটফর্ম নীতিমালা বা লিস্টিং নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করলে বিজ্ঞাপন প্রত্যাখ্যান, সম্পাদনা, সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত, পুনঃশ্রেণিবিন্যাস বা অপসারণ করা হতে পারে।
১১. ব্যবহৃত পণ্যের ঘোষণা
SOLDJAR.COM-এ প্রকাশিত অনেক পণ্য ব্যবহৃত, মেরামতকৃত, পুনর্নবীকরণকৃত, পরিবর্তিত বা “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে বিক্রয়ের জন্য থাকতে পারে।
এ ধরনের পণ্যে ক্ষয়, ব্যবহারজনিত চিহ্ন, পূর্ববর্তী মেরামত, পরিবর্তন, কম কার্যক্ষমতা বা অন্যান্য সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে।
SOLDJAR.COM পণ্যের অবস্থা, সত্যতা, মালিকানা বা উপযোগিতা পরীক্ষা বা গ্যারান্টি করে না।
লেনদেনের আগে ব্যবহারকারীকে নিজ দায়িত্বে পণ্য যাচাই করতে হবে।
১২. নিষিদ্ধ বিষয়বস্তু ও কার্যকলাপ
প্রযোজ্য আইন বা SOLDJAR.COM নীতিমালা দ্বারা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য, সেবা বা কার্যকলাপ প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশ, প্রচার, ক্রয় বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
এর মধ্যে অবৈধ পণ্য, চুরি করা সম্পদ, জাল পণ্য, নিষিদ্ধ অস্ত্র, বিস্ফোরক, মাদক, প্রতারণামূলক স্কিম, অবৈধ সেবা এবং অন্যান্য আইনবিরোধী বিষয় অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।
স্প্যাম, ডুপ্লিকেট লিস্টিং, ভুয়া রিভিউ, পরিচয় জালিয়াতি, ফিশিং, ম্যালওয়্যার, বিভ্রান্তিকর দাবি, ভুয়া রেটিং এবং মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্টও নিষিদ্ধ।
লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে লিস্টিং অপসারণ, অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করা হতে পারে এবং প্রয়োজন হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে সহযোগিতা করা হতে পারে।
১৩. মেম্বারশিপ পরিকল্পনা ও অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবা
SOLDJAR.COM ফ্রি এবং পেইড মেম্বারশিপ প্যাকেজ এবং Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups, ব্যবসায়িক ফিচার, বিজ্ঞাপন প্লেসমেন্ট এবং অন্যান্য প্রচারণামূলক সেবা প্রদান করতে পারে।
বর্তমান প্যাকেজের নাম, মূল্য, মেয়াদ, লিস্টিং সীমা, প্রচারণামূলক সুবিধা এবং অন্তর্ভুক্ত ফিচার সংশ্লিষ্ট Pricing বা ক্রয় পেজে দেখানো হবে।
ভবিষ্যৎ ক্রয়ের জন্য প্যাকেজের বিবরণ সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে ভবিষ্যৎ প্যাকেজে পরিবর্তন ইতোমধ্যে ক্রয়কৃত এবং সক্রিয় প্যাকেজের সুবিধা কমাবে না।
মেম্বারশিপ বা প্রচারণামূলক সেবা ক্রয় শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত সুবিধা ব্যবহারের অধিকার দেয় এবং SOLDJAR.COM বা প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো মালিকানা সৃষ্টি করে না।
১৪. মেম্বারশিপ ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
মেম্বারশিপ এবং প্রচারণামূলক সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র ক্রয়কারী অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
SOLDJAR.COM স্পষ্টভাবে অনুমতি না দিলে তা হস্তান্তর, পুনরায় বিক্রয়, বিনিময় বা নগদ অর্থে রূপান্তর করা যাবে না।
অব্যবহৃত লিস্টিং সীমা, Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups বা অন্যান্য সুবিধা সংশ্লিষ্ট প্যাকেজের মেয়াদ অনুযায়ী শেষ হতে পারে।
মেম্বারশিপ বা প্রচারণামূলক সেবা ক্রয় কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ভিউ, অনুসন্ধান, লিড, বিক্রয় বা ব্যবসায়িক সাফল্যের গ্যারান্টি দেয় না।
প্যাকেজ ব্যবহার না করার সিদ্ধান্ত স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে রিফান্ডের অধিকার সৃষ্টি করে না।
বাতিল ও রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা প্রযোজ্য Cancellation & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
১৫. অর্থপ্রদান ও বিলিং
অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবা সক্রিয় করার আগে প্রযোজ্য ফি প্রদান করতে হবে, যদি অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকে।
ব্যবহারকারী সঠিক বিলিং, পেমেন্ট এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করবেন।
অর্থপ্রদান প্রত্যাখ্যাত, বাতিল, বিতর্কিত, প্রতারণামূলক বা অননুমোদিত হলে SOLDJAR.COM সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে কর, ব্যাংক চার্জ, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ফি বা অন্যান্য প্রসেসিং খরচ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
সাধারণত সকল মূল্য Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)-তে প্রদর্শিত এবং প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে, যদি না Checkout-এ অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়।
১৬. বাতিল ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
যোগ্য পেইড মেম্বারশিপ এবং প্রচারণামূলক সেবার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড অনুরোধ SOLDJAR.COM-এর পৃথক Cancellation & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করার আগে ব্যবহারকারীদের সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা পর্যালোচনা করা উচিত।
বর্তমান Cancellation & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী যোগ্য হলে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে বাতিলের অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
বাতিল বা রিফান্ড অনুমোদন সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা এবং প্রযোজ্য আইনের শর্ত অনুযায়ী হবে।
অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে এবং সম্ভব হলে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
ডিজিটাল মেম্বারশিপ বা প্রচারণামূলক সুবিধা সক্রিয় বা ব্যবহার করা হলে তা প্রযোজ্য আইন বা Cancellation & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদত্ত বাতিল বা রিফান্ডের অধিকার বাতিল করবে না।
১৭. ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্ট লাইসেন্স
ব্যবহারকারী SOLDJAR.COM-এ বিজ্ঞাপন, ছবি, ভিডিও, রিভিউ, মন্তব্য, বার্তা বা অন্য কোনো কনটেন্ট আপলোড বা প্রকাশ করার মাধ্যমে প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরিচালনা, সংরক্ষণ, প্রদর্শন, উন্নয়ন ও প্রচারের জন্য SOLDJAR.COM-কে একটি বিশ্বব্যাপী, অ-একচেটিয়া, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেন।
ব্যবহারকারী নিশ্চিত করেন যে তার প্রকাশিত কনটেন্টের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অধিকার ও অনুমতি রয়েছে।
ব্যবহারকারী তার প্রকাশিত কনটেন্টের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
SOLDJAR.COM ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্টের যথার্থতা, বৈধতা, মালিকানা, সত্যতা বা নির্ভরযোগ্যতার গ্যারান্টি দেয় না।
১৮. কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার সময় ব্যবহারকারীদের সম্মানজনক, সৎ এবং পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখতে হবে।
নিম্নোক্ত আচরণ নিষিদ্ধ:
হয়রানি, হুমকি, ভয়ভীতি বা বৈষম্য
ঘৃণামূলক বক্তব্য বা গুরুতর আপত্তিকর আচরণ

প্রতারণা
প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিরাপত্তা, কার্যকারিতা বা সুনাম ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করার উদ্দেশ্যে কার্যকলাপ
লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে কনটেন্ট, লিস্টিং বা অ্যাকাউন্টের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
১৯. মার্কেটপ্লেস নিরাপত্তা
SOLDJAR.COM ব্যবহারকারীদের লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে যথাযথ সতর্কতা অবলম্বনের পরামর্শ দেয়।
ব্যবহারকারীদের উচিত:

অর্থপ্রদানের আগে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করা

সন্দেহজনক বা অস্বাভাবিক পেমেন্ট অনুরোধ এড়িয়ে চলা
সন্দেহজনক লিস্টিং বা আচরণ রিপোর্ট করা
SOLDJAR.COM ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যকার সাক্ষাৎ, ডেলিভারি, পণ্য পরিদর্শন বা অর্থ লেনদেন তদারকি করে না।
২০. প্রতারণা বিরোধী নীতি
প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

সন্দেহজনক প্রতারণার ক্ষেত্রে SOLDJAR.COM অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত, তদন্ত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারে।
প্রয়োজন হলে আইন প্রয়োগকারী বা নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার সঙ্গে সহযোগিতা করা হতে পারে।
২১. তদন্তের অধিকার
SOLDJAR.COM এই শর্তাবলী, মার্কেটপ্লেস নীতি, বিজ্ঞাপন নীতি, কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড, পেমেন্ট নীতি, রিফান্ড নীতি বা প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগ তদন্ত করতে পারে।
তদন্তের প্রয়োজনে অ্যাকাউন্ট কার্যকলাপ, বিজ্ঞাপন, প্ল্যাটফর্মে উপলব্ধ যোগাযোগ, পেমেন্ট তথ্য, প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক ডেটা পর্যালোচনা করা হতে পারে।
ব্যবহারকারীরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত তদন্তে সহযোগিতা করতে সম্মত হন।
২২. মেধাস্বত্ব
SOLDJAR-এর ট্রেডমার্ক, লোগো, সফটওয়্যার, ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন, ইন্টারফেস, ব্র্যান্ডিং উপকরণ, প্ল্যাটফর্ম কনটেন্ট এবং মালিকানাধীন ফিচার প্রযোজ্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া অনুমতি ছাড়া প্ল্যাটফর্মের সুরক্ষিত অংশ কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, পরিবর্তন, বিতরণ, বিক্রয়, লাইসেন্স বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাকাউন্ট বা আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
২৩. ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগ
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্রে ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগ গ্রহণে সম্মত হন।

২৪. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা
SOLDJAR.COM-এ তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট, পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন, সেবাদাতা বা ব্যবসায়িক অংশীদারের লিংক বা ইন্টিগ্রেশন থাকতে পারে।
স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে SOLDJAR.COM এসব তৃতীয় পক্ষের কনটেন্ট, পণ্য, সেবা, পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং, নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা, প্রাপ্যতা, গোপনীয়তা বা নীতিমালা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা ব্যবহারের আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা পর্যালোচনা করা উচিত।
২৫. সেবার প্রাপ্যতা
SOLDJAR.COM নির্ভরযোগ্য সেবা বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করে, তবে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন, ত্রুটিমুক্ত, নিরাপদ বা সর্বদা উপলব্ধ সেবা নিশ্চিত করা যায় না।
রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, আপডেট, প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি, নিরাপত্তা ঘটনা, নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যা, অবকাঠামোগত সমস্যা বা নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের পরিস্থিতিতে সেবা সাময়িকভাবে প্রভাবিত হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজন হলে SOLDJAR.COM প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো অংশ পরিবর্তন, সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারে।
২৬. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে SOLDJAR.COM ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যকার সরাসরি লেনদেন বা SOLDJAR.COM-এর যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনার কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

ডেলিভারি বিরোধ
তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা ব্যর্থতা

ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্ট
লেনদেনের ঝুঁকি স্বাধীনভাবে মূল্যায়নের দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর।
এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো কিছুই এমন কোনো আইনগত দায় বা ভোক্তা অধিকার সীমিত করবে না যা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী সীমিত বা বাদ দেওয়া যায় না।
২৭. ক্ষতিপূরণ
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যবহারকারী তার নিজের শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন, অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ, User Content, প্রতারণামূলক আচরণ, ব্যবহারকারী লেনদেন অথবা অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব বা আইনগত অধিকার লঙ্ঘনের কারণে সৃষ্ট দাবি, ক্ষতি বা যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যয় থেকে SOLDJAR.COM এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষসমূহকে সুরক্ষা দিতে সম্মত হন।
এই ধারা কেবল আইনগতভাবে কার্যকর সীমার মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
২৮. ফোর্স মেজর
SOLDJAR.COM-এর যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্ব, ব্যর্থতা বা সেবা বিঘ্নের জন্য SOLDJAR.COM দায়ী থাকবে না।

২৯. অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত ও বাতিল
SOLDJAR.COM যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে বিশ্বাস করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত, নিষ্ক্রিয় বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারে যে:
এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘিত হয়েছে
প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ হয়েছে
প্ল্যাটফর্ম নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকিতে পড়েছে
মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করা হয়েছে
অবৈধ বা নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ হয়েছে
অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর অধিকার বা নিরাপত্তা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে
প্ল্যাটফর্ম বা সেবা অপব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে
অ্যাকাউন্টের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হলে বিজ্ঞাপন, কনটেন্ট, মেম্বারশিপ সুবিধা এবং অ্যাক্সেস সীমাবদ্ধ বা অপসারণ করা হতে পারে।
এ ধরনের অবস্থায় রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা Cancellation & Refund Policy এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
৩০. গোপনীয়তা
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ, প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও ব্যবহার SOLDJAR.COM-এর Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী Privacy Policy-তে বর্ণিত তথ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কে অবগত থাকবেন।
ব্যবহারকারীদের Privacy Policy নিয়মিত পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
৩১. সংশোধন
SOLDJAR.COM প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন, আপডেট বা প্রতিস্থাপন করতে পারে।
আপডেটকৃত শর্তাবলী প্রকাশের সময় অথবা স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখিত কার্যকর তারিখ থেকে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
নতুন শর্তাবলী কার্যকর হওয়ার পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
৩২. সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি
এই Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Marketplace Rules, Community Standards, Advertising Policies এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য আইনি নোটিশ মিলিয়ে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের চুক্তি গঠন করে।
কোনো ধারা অবৈধ বা অকার্যকর হলে আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমার মধ্যে অন্যান্য ধারাগুলো কার্যকর থাকবে।
৩৩. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা
এই শর্তাবলী People’s Republic of Bangladesh-এর আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
এই শর্তাবলী, প্ল্যাটফর্ম, মেম্বারশিপ, বিজ্ঞাপন বা সেবা সম্পর্কিত বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতের এখতিয়ারের অধীন হবে, প্রযোজ্য আইনের বাধ্যতামূলক অধিকার সাপেক্ষে।

৩৫. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আইনি ঘোষণা
SOLDJAR.COM একটি অনলাইন ক্লাসিফাইড বিজ্ঞাপন ও মার্কেটপ্লেস প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে SOLDJAR.COM কোনো বিজ্ঞাপিত পণ্য বা সেবার ক্রেতা, বিক্রেতা, মালিক, প্রস্তুতকারক, পরিবেশক, ব্রোকার বা এজেন্ট নয়।
সকল আলোচনা, পণ্য পরিদর্শন, অর্থপ্রদান, ডেলিভারি, ওয়ারেন্টি, উপস্থাপনা এবং চূড়ান্ত লেনদেন ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
SOLDJAR.COM-এর Listing Review, Moderation, Account Control, Reporting Tool বা অন্যান্য Marketplace Safety ব্যবস্থা কোনো ব্যবহারকারী, পণ্য, মালিকানা দাবি, লেনদেন বা ফলাফলের গ্যারান্টি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।
অর্থপ্রদান বা লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করার আগে ব্যবহারকারীদের প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করতে হবে এবং যথাযথ সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে।
এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো কিছুই এমন অধিকার সীমিত করবে না যা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী আইনগতভাবে সীমিত করা যায় না।
৩৬. ইংরেজি সংস্করণের প্রাধান্য
এই শর্তাবলীর বাংলা ও ইংরেজি সংস্করণের মধ্যে কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অসঙ্গতি, দ্ব্যর্থতা বা ব্যাখ্যাগত পার্থক্য দেখা দিলে ইংরেজি সংস্করণকে প্রাধান্য দেওয়া হবে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমার মধ্যে ইংরেজি সংস্করণকে কার্যকর ও নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্করণ হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে।
