TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Terms & Conditions Agreement governs the use of SOLDJAR.COM and all related services, subscriptions, advertisements, listings, and platform features.

  1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “SOLDJAR.COM” or the “Platform” means the website, applications, services, content, and features operated under the SOLDJAR brand.

“User” means any visitor, registered member, advertiser, buyer, seller, or person accessing the Platform.

“Seller” means any User who publishes advertisements, listings, or promotional content.

“Buyer” means any User who responds to, views, contacts, or transacts with a Seller.

“Subscription Services” means paid memberships, featured advertisements, premium listings, banner advertising, business packages, and promotional services.

“User Content” includes advertisements, text, images, videos, messages, reviews, comments, and any material submitted by Users.

  1. Introduction

SOLDJAR.COM is an online classified advertising and marketplace platform that enables Users to publish advertisements, purchase promotional services, and connect with potential buyers and sellers.

SOLDJAR.COM does not act as a buyer, seller, distributor, broker, agent, or manufacturer. The Platform facilitates communication and visibility between Users and does not participate in transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting an advertisement, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If a User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Platform Nature

SOLDJAR.COM provides a technology platform that allows Users to create advertisements and connect with other Users.

SOLDJAR.COM does not verify ownership of products, inspect products, guarantee transactions, or warrant the truthfulness of advertisements.

Users acknowledge that all transactions are conducted solely between the relevant parties and that SOLDJAR.COM is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from such transactions.

  1. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal authority and consent required under applicable laws.

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout use of the Platform.

Users may not create accounts using false identities, misleading information, or unauthorized credentials.

  1. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.

Users must promptly notify SOLDJAR.COM of any unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or security incident.

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify, or terminate accounts where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity is detected.

  1. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that advertisements, descriptions, images, prices, specifications, warranties, and representations are accurate and not misleading.

Sellers must possess the legal right to advertise, market, or sell any item, service, or opportunity listed on the Platform.

Sellers agree not to publish fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.

Sellers are responsible for honoring commitments made to Buyers and for complying with all applicable laws, taxes, and regulations.

  1. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for independently verifying advertisements, seller identities, ownership claims, product condition, specifications, warranties, and pricing before making any payment or commitment.

Buyers should inspect products whenever possible and exercise appropriate caution when dealing with used, refurbished, or pre-owned goods.

SOLDJAR.COM strongly recommends meeting in safe public locations and avoiding transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with marketplace safety practices.

Buyers assume responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.

  1. Advertisements & Listings

Users are solely responsible for all advertisements, listings, descriptions, images, videos, pricing information, contact details, and representations published on the Platform.

All advertisements must be accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. Users may not publish content that intentionally creates false expectations or conceals material information.

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to categorize, organize, modify formatting, or limit the visibility of advertisements to improve platform quality and user experience.

  1. Advertisement Review Policy

SOLDJAR.COM may review advertisements before or after publication.

Approval of an advertisement does not constitute verification, endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by SOLDJAR.COM.

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, remove, or restrict any advertisement that violates these Terms, applicable laws, community standards, or platform policies.

  1. Used Goods Disclaimer

Many products advertised on SOLDJAR.COM may be used, refurbished, repaired, pre-owned, or sold on an ‘as-is’ basis.

Users acknowledge that used products may show signs of wear, damage, repairs, modifications, or reduced performance.

SOLDJAR.COM does not inspect, test, authenticate, verify ownership, or certify the condition of any listed item and makes no warranty regarding such products.

  1. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users may not advertise, offer, promote, purchase, or distribute illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit products, prohibited services, weapons, explosives, narcotics, fraudulent schemes, deceptive opportunities, or any content prohibited by law.

Users are also prohibited from publishing spam, duplicate listings, misleading claims, fake reviews, impersonation content, malicious software, phishing attempts, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, removal of content, termination of accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities.

  1. Subscription Plans & Paid Services

SOLDJAR.COM may offer subscription-based services including Membership Packages, Premium Listings, Featured Advertisements, Urgent Listings, Business Profiles, Banner Advertising, and other promotional services.

Subscription features, pricing, availability, validity periods, and service benefits may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Purchase of a subscription grants access only to the specified promotional features and does not create ownership rights in the Platform.

  1. Subscription Rules

Subscriptions are personal to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, exchanged, or converted into cash.

Unused advertisement credits, promotional placements, visibility boosts, or listing allowances may expire automatically at the end of the applicable subscription period.

Users acknowledge that advertisement performance may vary and that subscription purchases do not guarantee inquiries, views, leads, sales, transactions, or business success.

A decision not to use a subscription after purchase does not create entitlement to a refund.

  1. Payments & Billing

Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with paid services before activation.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

SOLDJAR.COM may suspend or cancel services if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, refunded improperly, or determined to be fraudulent.

Taxes, fees, charges, and payment processing costs may apply depending on applicable laws and payment providers.

  1. Refund Policy Reference

Refund requests and eligibility are governed exclusively by the separate Refund Policy published on SOLDJAR.COM.

Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any subscription, advertising package, promotional service, or digital feature.

By completing a purchase, users acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable Refund Policy.

Where permitted by law, activation of a digital advertising or subscription service constitutes delivery of a digital service.

  1. User Generated Content License

By submitting, uploading, publishing, or displaying any content on SOLDJAR.COM, including advertisements, images, videos, descriptions, reviews, comments, messages, and other materials, Users grant SOLDJAR.COM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and promote such content for the operation, improvement, and marketing of the Platform.

Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority required to upload and publish such content.

Users remain responsible for all content they submit and agree that SOLDJAR.COM is not responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, ownership, or authenticity of User Content.

  1. Community Standards

Users must interact respectfully and professionally while using the Platform.

The following behavior is prohibited:
• Harassment, abuse, threats, intimidation, or discrimination.
• Hate speech or offensive language.
• Misleading, deceptive, or manipulative behavior.
• Spamming, excessive advertising, or unwanted communications.
• Conduct that disrupts the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Platform.

Users are expected to maintain honesty, fairness, and professionalism in all interactions.

  1. Marketplace Safety

SOLDJAR.COM encourages users to exercise caution when conducting transactions.

Users should:
• Meet in safe, public locations whenever possible.

• Verify the identity of the other party.
• Retain transaction records where appropriate.

SOLDJAR.COM does not supervise or control meetings, deliveries, inspections, or exchanges conducted between users.

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, Community Standards, Advertising Policies, Refund Policies, or applicable laws.

Investigations may include review of account activity, advertisements, communications, payment records, and other information reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations conducted by SOLDJAR.COM.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, network interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any portion of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLDJAR.COM, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOLDJAR.COM, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• User Content.
• User transactions.
• Fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.

This obligation survives termination of the User’s account.

  1. Force Majeure

SOLDJAR.COM shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters.
• Floods.
• Earthquakes.
• Fires.
• Wars.
• Civil unrest.
• Government actions.
• Internet outages.
• Cyberattacks.
• Power failures.
• Telecommunications failures.

During such events, service availability may be affected without liability to SOLDJAR.COM.

  1. Account Suspension & Termination

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent activity has occurred.
• Platform security is threatened.
• False information has been provided.
• Illegal or prohibited activities have taken place.
• User conduct negatively impacts the Platform or other users.

Termination may result in removal of advertisements, subscriptions, content, and access privileges.

  1. Privacy

Collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information are governed by the SOLDJAR.COM Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly.

  1. Amendments

SOLDJAR.COM reserves the right to amend, revise, update, replace, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Standards, Advertising Policies, and any additional legal notices published by SOLDJAR.COM, constitute the entire agreement between Users and SOLDJAR.COM regarding use of the Platform.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, subscriptions, advertisements, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

  1. English Language Prevails

Where these Terms & Conditions are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity, or interpretation difference between language versions.

The English version shall be considered the official governing version for legal and regulatory purposes.

১. সংজ্ঞা

এই শর্তাবলীতে “SOLDJAR.COM”, “আমরা”, “আমাদের” বা “প্ল্যাটফর্ম” বলতে SOLDJAR.COM ও এর সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন, সেবা, কনটেন্ট, প্রযুক্তি, ব্র্যান্ডিং এবং পরিচালিত সকল ফিচারকে বোঝাবে।

“ব্যবহারকারী” বলতে যেকোনো ব্যক্তি, প্রতিষ্ঠান, ক্রেতা, বিক্রেতা, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা অথবা দর্শনার্থীকে বোঝাবে যিনি প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রবেশ করেন বা ব্যবহার করেন।

“বিক্রেতা” বলতে এমন ব্যবহারকারীকে বোঝাবে যিনি পণ্য, সেবা বা সুযোগ-সুবিধা সম্পর্কিত বিজ্ঞাপন বা লিস্টিং প্রকাশ করেন।

“ক্রেতা” বলতে এমন ব্যবহারকারীকে বোঝাবে যিনি কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন দেখেন, যোগাযোগ করেন বা ক্রয়-বিক্রয় কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।

“সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা” বলতে ফিচার্ড বিজ্ঞাপন, প্রিমিয়াম বিজ্ঞাপন, বিজনেস প্যাকেজ, ব্যানার বিজ্ঞাপন এবং অন্যান্য অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবাকে বোঝাবে।

২. ভূমিকা

SOLDJAR.COM একটি অনলাইন ক্লাসিফাইড বিজ্ঞাপন ও মার্কেটপ্লেস প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীরা বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশ করতে, সম্ভাব্য ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে এবং নির্দিষ্ট প্রচারণামূলক সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারেন।

প্ল্যাটফর্মের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ, সহজ এবং প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশের পরিবেশ প্রদান করা।

SOLDJAR.COM কোনো পণ্যের মালিক, বিক্রেতা, পরিবেশক, এজেন্ট, ব্রোকার বা প্রস্তুতকারক নয়। ফলে ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যকার কোনো লেনদেন, প্রতিশ্রুতি, বিতর্ক বা ক্ষতির জন্য SOLDJAR.COM সরাসরি দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ

অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশ, সাবস্ক্রিপশন ক্রয়, অথবা প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলী, গোপনীয়তা নীতি, রিফান্ড নীতি এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য নীতিমালা মেনে নিতে সম্মত হন।

যদি কোনো ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে তাকে অবিলম্বে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে হবে।

SOLDJAR.COM যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং সংশোধনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখা মানে সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করা।

৪. প্ল্যাটফর্মের প্রকৃতি

SOLDJAR.COM শুধুমাত্র একটি প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর মার্কেটপ্লেস ও বিজ্ঞাপন প্ল্যাটফর্ম।

প্ল্যাটফর্ম কোনো পণ্য বা সেবার গুণগত মান, নিরাপত্তা, বৈধতা, সত্যতা, মালিকানা বা উপযোগিতা যাচাই করে না এবং কোনো গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করে না।

সকল আলোচনা, দরকষাকষি, অর্থপ্রদান, ডেলিভারি, পরিদর্শন এবং চূড়ান্ত লেনদেন সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

ব্যবহারকারীরা স্বীকার করেন যে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো বিরোধ, আর্থিক ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতিপূরণের দাবির জন্য SOLDJAR.COM দায়ী থাকবে না।

৫. ব্যবহারকারীর যোগ্যতা

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী বৈধ অনুমোদন থাকতে হবে।

নিবন্ধনের সময় ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক, হালনাগাদ এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

ভুয়া পরিচয়, মিথ্যা তথ্য, অন্যের পরিচয় ব্যবহার বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

SOLDJAR.COM প্রয়োজনে পরিচয় যাচাইয়ের জন্য অতিরিক্ত তথ্য বা নথি চাইতে পারে।

৬. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট

ব্যবহারকারী তার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা, পাসওয়ার্ড সংরক্ষণ এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যকলাপের জন্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী থাকবেন।

অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, হ্যাকিং, নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি বা অপব্যবহার সম্পর্কে জানতে পারলে ব্যবহারকারীকে দ্রুত SOLDJAR.COM-কে অবহিত করতে হবে।

SOLDJAR.COM প্রতারণা, নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন, স্প্যাম, জালিয়াতি বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ শনাক্ত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত, সীমাবদ্ধ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৭. বিক্রেতার দায়িত্ব

বিক্রেতা তার প্রকাশিত বিজ্ঞাপন, ছবি, ভিডিও, মূল্য, বিবরণ, স্পেসিফিকেশন, গ্যারান্টি, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং অন্যান্য তথ্যের যথার্থতা, বৈধতা ও সম্পূর্ণতার জন্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী থাকবেন।

বিক্রেতাকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে তিনি বিজ্ঞাপিত পণ্য বা সেবা বিক্রির বৈধ অধিকার রাখেন।

চুরি করা, জাল, প্রতারণামূলক, বিভ্রান্তিকর, নিষিদ্ধ বা অবৈধ পণ্য বা সেবা বিজ্ঞাপন দেওয়া যাবে না।

বিক্রেতা সকল প্রযোজ্য আইন, কর, লাইসেন্সিং প্রয়োজনীয়তা এবং সরকারি বিধি-বিধান মেনে চলতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

বিক্রেতা কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত তথ্যের কারণে কোনো ব্যবহারকারী ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় বিক্রেতার উপর বর্তাবে।

৮. ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব

ক্রেতাকে কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয়ের পূর্বে বিজ্ঞাপন, বিক্রেতার পরিচয়, মূল্য, অবস্থা, মালিকানা, স্পেসিফিকেশন এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাই করতে হবে।

ব্যবহৃত বা পুনর্নবীকরণকৃত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত এবং সম্ভব হলে সরাসরি পরিদর্শন করতে হবে।

SOLDJAR.COM নিরাপদ ও জনসমাগমপূর্ণ স্থানে সাক্ষাৎ এবং যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর অর্থপ্রদান করার পরামর্শ দেয়।

ক্রেতা প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রাপ্ত তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে গৃহীত সিদ্ধান্ত এবং সম্পন্ন লেনদেনের জন্য নিজেই দায়ী থাকবেন।

ধারা ৯–১৬ | বিজ্ঞাপন, লিস্টিং, সাবস্ক্রিপশন, অর্থপ্রদান ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

৯. বিজ্ঞাপন ও লিস্টিং

প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশিত সকল বিজ্ঞাপন, লিস্টিং, বিবরণ, ছবি, ভিডিও, মূল্য, যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং অন্যান্য উপস্থাপিত তথ্যের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারী সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী থাকবেন।

সকল বিজ্ঞাপন অবশ্যই সঠিক, বৈধ, হালনাগাদ এবং বিভ্রান্তিকর নয় এমন হতে হবে। ব্যবহারকারী এমন কোনো তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে পারবেন না যা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ভুল ধারণা সৃষ্টি করে বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য গোপন করে।

SOLDJAR.COM প্ল্যাটফর্মের মান, ব্যবহারকারীর অভিজ্ঞতা এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার স্বার্থে বিজ্ঞাপনের শ্রেণিবিন্যাস, প্রদর্শন পদ্ধতি, ফরম্যাট বা দৃশ্যমানতা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

১০. বিজ্ঞাপন পর্যালোচনা নীতি

SOLDJAR.COM বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশের পূর্বে বা পরে তা পর্যালোচনা করতে পারে।

কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন অনুমোদিত হওয়া মানে এই নয় যে SOLDJAR.COM উক্ত বিজ্ঞাপন, পণ্য, সেবা বা বিক্রেতার সত্যতা, গুণমান, বৈধতা বা নির্ভরযোগ্যতার নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করছে।

প্ল্যাটফর্মের নীতিমালা, আইন বা কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লঙ্ঘনকারী বিজ্ঞাপন SOLDJAR.COM সম্পাদনা, স্থগিত, সীমাবদ্ধ বা অপসারণ করতে পারে।

১১. ব্যবহৃত পণ্যের ঘোষণা

SOLDJAR.COM-এ বিজ্ঞাপিত অনেক পণ্য ব্যবহৃত, পুনর্নবীকরণকৃত, মেরামতকৃত বা ‘যেমন আছে’ ভিত্তিতে বিক্রয়ের জন্য উপস্থাপিত হতে পারে।

ব্যবহারকারীরা স্বীকার করেন যে ব্যবহৃত পণ্যে ক্ষয়, ব্যবহারজনিত চিহ্ন, পূর্ববর্তী মেরামত, পরিবর্তন বা কার্যক্ষমতার সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে।

SOLDJAR.COM কোনো পণ্যের গুণমান, কার্যক্ষমতা, মালিকানা, সত্যতা বা উপযোগিতা পরীক্ষা বা প্রত্যয়ন করে না এবং এ বিষয়ে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে না।

১২. নিষিদ্ধ বিষয়বস্তু ও কার্যকলাপ

ব্যবহারকারীরা অবৈধ পণ্য, চুরি করা সম্পদ, জাল পণ্য, প্রতারণামূলক সেবা, অস্ত্র, বিস্ফোরক, মাদক, অবৈধ আর্থিক কার্যক্রম বা আইন দ্বারা নিষিদ্ধ কোনো বিষয়বস্তু বিজ্ঞাপন দিতে পারবেন না।

স্প্যাম, ডুপ্লিকেট বিজ্ঞাপন, ভুয়া রিভিউ, পরিচয় জালিয়াতি, ফিশিং, ম্যালওয়্যার, বিভ্রান্তিকর দাবি বা মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্ট কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

এই ধরনের লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে বিজ্ঞাপন অপসারণ, অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিতকরণ বা আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার কাছে তথ্য প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

১৩. সাবস্ক্রিপশন পরিকল্পনা ও অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবা

SOLDJAR.COM বিভিন্ন ধরনের অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবা প্রদান করতে পারে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে মেম্বারশিপ প্যাকেজ, প্রিমিয়াম বিজ্ঞাপন, ফিচার্ড বিজ্ঞাপন, জরুরি বিজ্ঞাপন, বিজনেস প্রোফাইল এবং ব্যানার বিজ্ঞাপন।

প্রতিটি সাবস্ক্রিপশন পরিকল্পনার সুবিধা, মেয়াদ, মূল্য এবং প্রাপ্যতা সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

সাবস্ক্রিপশন ক্রয় শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত প্রচারণামূলক সুবিধা ব্যবহারের অধিকার প্রদান করে এবং প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো মালিকানা অধিকার সৃষ্টি করে না।

১৪. সাবস্ক্রিপশন ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

সাবস্ক্রিপশন শুধুমাত্র ক্রয়কারী অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য প্রযোজ্য এবং তা হস্তান্তর, পুনরায় বিক্রয়, বিনিময় বা নগদ অর্থে রূপান্তর করা যাবে না।

অব্যবহৃত বিজ্ঞাপন ক্রেডিট, দৃশ্যমানতা বৃদ্ধি, প্রচারণামূলক সুবিধা বা অন্যান্য সুযোগ সাবস্ক্রিপশন মেয়াদ শেষ হলে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হতে পারে।

ব্যবহারকারীরা স্বীকার করেন যে বিজ্ঞাপনের ফলাফল বিভিন্ন কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং কোনো সাবস্ক্রিপশন বিক্রয়, অনুসন্ধান, ভিউ, লিড বা ব্যবসায়িক সাফল্যের নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।

সাবস্ক্রিপশন ক্রয়ের পর তা ব্যবহার না করার সিদ্ধান্ত কোনো রিফান্ডের অধিকার সৃষ্টি করে না।

১৫. অর্থপ্রদান ও বিলিং

সকল অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবা সক্রিয় করার পূর্বে নির্ধারিত ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

ব্যবহারকারী সঠিক বিলিং, পেমেন্ট এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

অর্থপ্রদান প্রত্যাখ্যাত, বাতিল, বিতর্কিত বা প্রতারণামূলক বলে প্রমাণিত হলে SOLDJAR.COM সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে।

প্রযোজ্য কর, ব্যাংক চার্জ, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ফি বা অন্যান্য আর্থিক খরচ ব্যবহারকারীর উপর বর্তাতে পারে।

১৬. রিফান্ড নীতিমালার রেফারেন্স

রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত সকল অনুরোধ এবং যোগ্যতা SOLDJAR.COM-এর পৃথক Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

সাবস্ক্রিপশন, বিজ্ঞাপন প্যাকেজ বা অন্যান্য অর্থপ্রদত্ত সেবা ক্রয়ের পূর্বে ব্যবহারকারীকে Refund Policy পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী স্বীকার করেন যে তিনি Refund Policy পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং তা মেনে নিতে সম্মত হয়েছেন।

যেখানে আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত, সেখানে ডিজিটাল বিজ্ঞাপন বা সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা সক্রিয় হওয়াকে সেবা সরবরাহ সম্পন্ন হয়েছে বলে গণ্য করা হবে।

ধারা ১৭–২৪ | ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্ট, কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড, নিরাপত্তা, প্রতারণা বিরোধী নীতি ও মেধাস্বত্ব

১৭. ব্যবহারকারী কনটেন্ট লাইসেন্স

ব্যবহারকারী SOLDJAR.COM-এ বিজ্ঞাপন, ছবি, ভিডিও, রিভিউ, মন্তব্য, বার্তা বা অন্য কোনো কনটেন্ট আপলোড, প্রকাশ বা প্রদর্শন করার মাধ্যমে SOLDJAR.COM-কে একটি বিশ্বব্যাপী, অ-একচেটিয়া, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেন।

এই লাইসেন্সের মাধ্যমে SOLDJAR.COM উক্ত কনটেন্ট প্রদর্শন, সংরক্ষণ, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বিতরণ, প্রচার এবং প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরিচালনা ও উন্নয়নের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবে।

ব্যবহারকারী নিশ্চিত করেন যে তিনি আপলোডকৃত কনটেন্টের সকল প্রয়োজনীয় অধিকার, অনুমতি ও মালিকানা ধারণ করেন।

ব্যবহারকারী কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত কনটেন্টের যথার্থতা, বৈধতা এবং পরিণতির জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারী নিজেই দায়ী থাকবেন।

১৮. কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড

SOLDJAR.COM একটি নিরাপদ, সম্মানজনক এবং পেশাদার অনলাইন পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

ব্যবহারকারীরা পরস্পরের সাথে যোগাযোগের ক্ষেত্রে ভদ্রতা, সততা এবং পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখবেন।

নিম্নোক্ত আচরণ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ:
• হয়রানি, ভয়ভীতি প্রদর্শন বা হুমকি।
• ঘৃণামূলক বক্তব্য বা বৈষম্যমূলক আচরণ।
• প্রতারণামূলক বা বিভ্রান্তিকর কার্যকলাপ।
• অতিরিক্ত স্প্যাম বা অবাঞ্ছিত প্রচারণা।
• প্ল্যাটফর্মের সুনাম, নিরাপত্তা বা কার্যক্রম ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করতে পারে এমন আচরণ।

কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লঙ্ঘন করলে অ্যাকাউন্টের বিরুদ্ধে প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

১৯. মার্কেটপ্লেস নিরাপত্তা

SOLDJAR.COM ব্যবহারকারীদের লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ সতর্কতা অবলম্বনের পরামর্শ দেয়।

ব্যবহারকারীদের উচিত:
• সম্ভব হলে জনসমাগমপূর্ণ ও নিরাপদ স্থানে সাক্ষাৎ করা।
• পণ্য পরীক্ষা করার পর অর্থপ্রদান করা।
• অপর পক্ষের পরিচয় যাচাই করা।
• লেনদেনের প্রমাণ ও যোগাযোগের রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা।
• সন্দেহজনক বা অস্বাভাবিক অনুরোধ এড়িয়ে চলা।

SOLDJAR.COM ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যকার সাক্ষাৎ, ডেলিভারি, পণ্য পরিদর্শন বা অর্থ লেনদেন তদারকি করে না।

২০. প্রতারণা বিরোধী নীতি

প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ SOLDJAR.COM-এ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে:
• ভুয়া পরিচয় বা ভুয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি।
• পণ্য বা সেবার মিথ্যা উপস্থাপন।
• জাল বা নকল পণ্য বিক্রয়।
• অর্থপ্রদান সংক্রান্ত প্রতারণা।
• বিজ্ঞাপন বা রিভিউ কারসাজি।
• ভুয়া রেটিং বা মতামত প্রদান।

SOLDJAR.COM সন্দেহজনক প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত, সীমাবদ্ধ, তদন্ত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

প্রয়োজন হলে আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার সাথে সহযোগিতা করা হতে পারে।

২১. তদন্তের অধিকার

SOLDJAR.COM শর্তাবলী, বিজ্ঞাপন নীতি, কমিউনিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড, রিফান্ড নীতি বা প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগ তদন্ত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

তদন্তের অংশ হিসেবে অ্যাকাউন্ট কার্যক্রম, বিজ্ঞাপন, যোগাযোগের তথ্য, অর্থপ্রদানের তথ্য এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক উপাত্ত পর্যালোচনা করা হতে পারে।

ব্যবহারকারীরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত তদন্তে সহযোগিতা করতে সম্মত হন।

২২. মেধাস্বত্ব

SOLDJAR.COM-এর লোগো, ট্রেডমার্ক, সফটওয়্যার, ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন, টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, ইন্টারফেস, ব্র্যান্ডিং উপকরণ এবং অন্যান্য ফিচার প্রযোজ্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইনের মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষিত।

ব্যবহারকারীরা পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো অংশ কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, বিক্রয়, লাইসেন্স প্রদান বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।

মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে SOLDJAR.COM আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারে।

২৩. ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগ

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগ গ্রহণে সম্মতি প্রদান করেন।

এই ধরনের যোগাযোগের মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:
• অ্যাকাউন্ট সংক্রান্ত নোটিশ।
• নিরাপত্তা সতর্কতা।
• লেনদেন সংক্রান্ত তথ্য।
• সাবস্ক্রিপশন সংক্রান্ত আপডেট।
• সেবা সংক্রান্ত ঘোষণা।
• অনুমোদিত প্রচারণামূলক বার্তা।

ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগ আইনগতভাবে লিখিত যোগাযোগ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

২৪. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

SOLDJAR.COM-এ তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা, ব্যবসায়িক অংশীদার বা অন্যান্য সেবার লিংক থাকতে পারে।

SOLDJAR.COM এসব তৃতীয় পক্ষের:
• কনটেন্ট,
• পণ্য বা সেবা,
• অর্থপ্রদানের কার্যক্রম,
• নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা,
• গোপনীয়তা নীতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

ব্যবহারকারীরা নিজ দায়িত্বে তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা পর্যালোচনা করবেন।

ধারা ২৫–৩৬ | সেবার প্রাপ্যতা, দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা, আইনগত সুরক্ষা ও চূড়ান্ত ধারা

২৫. সেবার প্রাপ্যতা

SOLDJAR.COM সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা চালায় যাতে প্ল্যাটফর্ম নির্ভরযোগ্য ও সহজলভ্য থাকে। তবে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন, ত্রুটিমুক্ত, নিরাপদ বা সর্বদা উপলব্ধ সেবা প্রদানের নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না।

রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, প্রযুক্তিগত উন্নয়ন, নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত ঘটনা, সার্ভার ত্রুটি, নেটওয়ার্ক সমস্যা অথবা অন্যান্য অনিয়ন্ত্রিত কারণে সেবা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ বা সীমিত হতে পারে।

SOLDJAR.COM যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো অংশ পরিবর্তন, সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২৬. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে SOLDJAR.COM, এর মালিক, পরিচালক, কর্মচারী, অংশীদার বা প্রতিনিধিগণ কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা পরিণতিগত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন না।

এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে:
• ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যকার লেনদেনজনিত ক্ষতি।
• পণ্যের গুণগত মান বা অবস্থা সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা।
• ভুল বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য।
• আর্থিক ক্ষতি বা ব্যবসায়িক লোকসান।
• ডেটা হারানো।
• প্রতারণা বা জালিয়াতি।
• ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব।
• প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি।

ব্যবহারকারী স্বীকার করেন যে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণরূপে তার নিজস্ব ঝুঁকিতে সম্পন্ন হয়।

২৭. ক্ষতিপূরণ

ব্যবহারকারী সম্মত হন যে তিনি SOLDJAR.COM, এর মালিক, কর্মচারী, অংশীদার এবং প্রতিনিধিদের যেকোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি, দায়, ব্যয় বা আইনি খরচ থেকে সুরক্ষা প্রদান করবেন।

এটি প্রযোজ্য হবে যদি:
• ব্যবহারকারী এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন।
• কোনো আইন লঙ্ঘন করেন।
• প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত থাকেন।
• অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন করেন।
• তার কনটেন্ট বা লেনদেনের কারণে বিরোধ সৃষ্টি হয়।

এই দায়বদ্ধতা অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হওয়ার পরও কার্যকর থাকবে।

২৮. ফোর্স মেজর

SOLDJAR.COM এমন কোনো বিলম্ব, ব্যর্থতা বা সেবা বিঘ্নের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যা তার নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে ঘটে।

এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে:
• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ
• বন্যা
• ভূমিকম্প
• অগ্নিকাণ্ড
• যুদ্ধ
• রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা
• সরকারি বিধিনিষেধ
• ইন্টারনেট বিভ্রাট
• সাইবার আক্রমণ
• বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট
• টেলিযোগাযোগ ব্যর্থতা

এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে সেবার প্রাপ্যতা প্রভাবিত হতে পারে এবং এর জন্য SOLDJAR.COM দায়ী থাকবে না।

২৯. অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত ও বাতিল

SOLDJAR.COM যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণে যেকোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ, স্থগিত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে:
• শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন
• প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ
• মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান
• নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি সৃষ্টি
• অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ
• অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করা

অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল হলে বিজ্ঞাপন, সাবস্ক্রিপশন সুবিধা এবং অন্যান্য কনটেন্ট অপসারণ করা হতে পারে।

৩০. গোপনীয়তা

ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ, প্রক্রিয়াকরণ এবং ব্যবহারের বিষয়গুলো SOLDJAR.COM-এর Privacy Policy দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী তথ্য ব্যবহারে সম্মতি প্রদান করেন।

ব্যবহারকারীদের নিয়মিতভাবে Privacy Policy পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

৩১. সংশোধন

SOLDJAR.COM যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন বা প্রতিস্থাপন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলী প্রকাশের পর তা কার্যকর হবে, যদি না অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়।

পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

৩২. সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি

এই শর্তাবলী, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Standards, Advertising Policy এবং অন্যান্য আইনি নোটিশসমূহ মিলিয়ে ব্যবহারকারী ও SOLDJAR.COM-এর মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি গঠন করে।

যদি কোনো ধারা অবৈধ বা অকার্যকর বলে বিবেচিত হয়, তাহলে বাকি ধারাগুলো সম্পূর্ণ কার্যকর থাকবে।

৩৩. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।

প্ল্যাটফর্ম, বিজ্ঞাপন, সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা সেবাসংক্রান্ত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতের একচ্ছত্র এখতিয়ারের অধীন হবে।

৩৪. যোগাযোগের তথ্য
