Welcome to SoldJar.com. This Subscription Policy explains the terms governing the purchase and use of free and paid membership packages, listing promotions, and related premium services offered by SoldJar.
By purchasing or using a SoldJar package, you agree to this Subscription Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Description of Services
SoldJar.com operates as an online classified marketplace and advertising platform in Bangladesh.
Users may publish listings using free or paid membership packages. Paid packages may provide additional benefits such as increased active listing capacity, Featured Ads, Top Ads, Bump Ups, enhanced visibility, and other promotional features.
- Free Seller Package
SoldJar provides a Free Seller option for users who want to start listing without purchasing a paid membership.

- Up to 5 active listings
- Standard listing visibility
- Other features and limits are displayed on the current Pricing page
Availability, listing rules, renewal conditions, and other limits may be updated from time to time.
- Membership Packages and Pricing
SoldJar currently offers the following membership packages:
Smart Seller
- Price: ৳149
- Validity: 60 days
- Up to 15 active listings
- 2 Featured Ads, each valid for 7 days
- 5 Bump Ups
Premium Seller
- Price: ৳349
- Validity: 90 days
- Up to 40 active listings
- 6 Featured Ads, each valid for 7 days
- 3 Top Ads, each valid for 7 days
- 12 Bump Ups
Business Pro
- Price: ৳999
- Validity: 90 days
- Up to 100 active listings
- 15 Featured Ads, each valid for 7 days
- 8 Top Ads, each valid for 7 days
- 30 Bump Ups
Additional features may be included with individual packages as displayed on the SoldJar Pricing page.
Package prices, features, promotional allowances, and validity periods may be changed from time to time. The package details displayed during purchase will apply to that purchase.
- Payment and Billing
SoldJar accepts supported payment methods available through its payment gateway, which may include mobile financial services, cards, and other approved payment methods in Bangladesh.
Membership packages are generally purchased for a fixed validity period and are not automatically renewed unless SoldJar expressly states otherwise during purchase.
Users must purchase or renew a package when continued paid membership is required after expiration.
All prices are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.
- Package Validity and Promotional Benefits
The validity period of a paid membership starts according to the activation rules displayed when the package is purchased.
Promotional benefits such as Featured Ads, Top Ads, and Bump Ups are subject to the quantity and validity limits associated with the selected package.
Unused promotional benefits may expire when the applicable package or promotional validity period ends.
Package benefits are provided to the purchasing account and may not be transferred between accounts unless SoldJar expressly permits it.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by SoldJar’s separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Users should review that policy before purchasing a paid membership or promotional service.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the conditions, processing period, and payment method stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for selecting the package appropriate for their needs and should review the following before completing payment:
- Package price
- Membership validity
- Active listing limit
- Promotional benefits
- Feature limitations
- Applicable terms and conditions
Violation of SoldJar’s Terms & Conditions, prohibited-listing rules, or other platform policies may result in listing removal, restriction, suspension, or termination of an account.
Any refund eligibility following such action will be determined according to the applicable policies.
- Package Changes
SoldJar may introduce, modify, discontinue, or replace packages, pricing, features, or promotional benefits.
Changes to future packages do not automatically alter a package already purchased unless required by law, necessary for platform security, or expressly stated in the applicable terms.
Users should review the current Pricing page before making a new purchase.
- Modifications to This Policy
SoldJar may update this Subscription Policy when required to reflect changes to services, packages, payment methods, legal requirements, or platform operations.
